Taking a step outside this morning, the crisp autumn air cleansing my lungs, the vibrant landscapes painting my vision and heart with happiness, there is no doubt that there is change on the breath of the wind. A toast to a new leader, a new nation, and just maybe another step towards change within me.
I love that cup : ) That's the thing about change - no matter how fast we'd like it to be, it comes at its own speed, when it's ready; the good news is that no matter what, it's always happening a bit at a time.
I'm a 30-something transport from the hills and valleys of the Pittsburgh region. A love of the process of learning has led me to teaching and an endless cycle of graduate courses. Spare moments are enjoyed by knitting, gardening, reading, and otherwise loafing on the couch.

One day at a time, right?
You are so right. There is a change in the air, a welcome one.
One breathe at a time..........
